What is Animal-Assisted Therapy?
Therapy with animals is an innovative approach, merging therapy into the natural and animal environments, appropriate for children 6 years and older. We welcome teens, young adults, and adults to enter a safe, supportive, and judgement-free zone, where they naturally learn and grow.
The Benefits of Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy
Through interactive activities with animals, sensitive souls develop effective emotional regulation and communication, coping and social skills, and gain feelings of self-mastery. Our goal is for them to leave our sessions standing taller, communicating assertively, setting healthy boundaries, and believing in themselves.

Why Therapy with Animals?
Animals have partnered with humans for hundreds of thousands of years. Through this co-evolution, they developed the innate ability to read and reflect back our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic states. They can sense when we need some extra comfort and gently point out and hold us accountable for our emotional, thought, and relational patterns. The animals want to authentically connect and offer profound learning regarding how we show up in the world and in our relationships. Working with them as mutual partners in the therapeutic process deeply enhances the therapy experience.
